The heart’s electrical activity is recorded during measured effort, often on a treadmill or a similar protocol chosen for the patient. The aim is to see how the heart responds to effort, not to publish a diagnosis on the website.

Holter monitoring

A portable recorder tracks the rhythm for hours during ordinary activity. It can help when symptoms come and go and do not appear in the clinic.

Which test is chosen?

The doctor decides after the consultation. Both tests are not always needed together, and neither is suitable for every age or every condition.
